SHIPPING POLICY

When an order has been verified, shipping will be within 2 business days. This is to ensure packaging and labeling process is correct. In the event that a shipment is delayed from Chez Marie Nails an email will be sent to the buyer.

 

Each international customer is responsible for the customs fees of your country. Chez Marie Nails will not be responsible for any extra charges incurred in the transaction. Only reliable shippers are used ie UPS/DHL/FEDEX or General Post Office (Local).

Return & Exchange Policy

If any products are damaged during shipping, the customer must within 7 days (1 week)  make a claim for a refund or an exchange of the item. Chez Marie Nails will not accept liability for items lost or stolen during shipping. Items unclaimed that are returned to Chez Marie Nails due to incorrect address will be held for 7 days (1 week) after which the transaction will become null and void.
